Two Handsome little men....

Today I was lucky enough to meet two extremely handsome little guys, one was 2.5 years of age and the other just shy of 3 weeks. One was blonde and the other red haired. Both adorable and full of energy and both were equally photogenic.

Little Adam has the most gorgeous eyes that draw you in and he was a pleasure to meet and I truly feel sorry for his parents because they will beating girls off with sticks...let's hope that's a long long way away.

Baby Nathan, oh what cutie and ever so strong, he pulled himself up onto his elbows and stayed there for what seemed like minutes  and then he gently layed himself down again. It was such a lovely session and I want to thank the parents of these cute little guys for making me feel very welcome in their home. I hope you enjoy the sneak peak Mum and Dad and there are plenty more to come.

One of my goals this year was to spend some one on one time with my kids. I have two children at school and one at home, I thought it would be easier to spend more time with my youngest as she isn't in school but I was wrong. I have been so busy with school lately that I seem to be spending less time with my kids....so I took Miss Indiana off to the park today where she chased geese and watched turtles poke their heads out of the water. She had such a wonderful time and I'm so glad that we had the opportunity to do this as I think this is something she will remember.

Of course the camera came along and I did manage to capture some wonderful memories for all of us. These years are so precious and I am going to make the most of it....every minute of every day!!!

A Romantic Shoot for Two!!

I had the opportunity to photograph a very dear friend and her husband yesterday. I can honestly say without a doubt they are the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met. Before the photo shoot over coffee we had discussed what Fiona wanted and let's just say that romance was in the air....

 I cannot thank them enough as they humoured me and went along with everything I asked, most importantly without complaint or any strange looks. I sat them in the bush, made the stand amongst weeds and got them to lay down on their stomachs  next to large geese and swans all without complaint! But honestly the resulting shots speak for themselves and I'm sure that they will both agree.

Gordon, was a romantic at heart and didn't need any prompting to gaze lovingly at his wife or kiss her or even hold her hand and you can truly see after 20 plus years how much they are in love! Gordon you are a true gentleman and an asset to society....and after meeting your son I would say he's taking after Dad.

My wish for you both is, in years to come when your looking through these photos that you can feel the love and that you are taken back in time to this day.

Do you ever get the feeling that some babies have been here before? I'm pretty sure that this handsome and wise little baby boy has. His face and eyes all show a wisdom beyond his years....he's only 2 weeks old and yet already seems like he knows what's going on.

And boy he didn't want to miss anything. I think this is the first time that a baby has not fallen asleep while I have been photographing them. He didn't want any part of sleeping he wanted to see what I was up to and just make sure that mummy and daddy weren't going anywhere without him!!

Oh my is all I can say, I met and photographed one of the most cutest, adorable, chubby and alert baby girl today. I cannot believe how alert she is for 4 weeks of age and her eyes when she looked at you I swear it was like she was looking into my soul! Miss A made me work for it but honestly I wouldn't have had it any other way as what I captured is truly a beautiful soul and a very serious little baby that knows what she wants. Watch out world Miss Ava has arrived!!!

Look out mum and dad because she is going to be a heart breaker!!! Miss Ava you are one lucky girl to be born into a family that loves and wanted you so much that it makes my heart ache with joy....oh okay enough sentimental words go have a look at the photos and I'm sure you will all agree with me that she is one adorable bub!!!!
